Planning your wedding should feel exciting, not overwhelming. We know there are a lot of decisions to make, but from your very first enquiry to the moment you check out as newlyweds after an unforgettable celebration, we’ll make sure the whole experience is personal, seamless, and stress-free.

THE SHOW ROUND
STEP 1- Submit an enquiry through our website and we’ll be in touch to arrange your personal show round appointment. During your visit, you’ll meet our friendly team and enjoy a guided tour with one of our dedicated wedding managers. You’ll have the chance to explore the grounds, ceremony and reception spaces, and our beautiful accommodation. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like and start to picture how your perfect wedding day could unfold with us.
IN TO THE DETAILS
STEP 3- We’ll talk through all the plans you’ve already got set in stone and help guide you towards filling in the gaps for any parts of the day that are still a little on the fuzzy side. You’ll have the chance to explore all things food, going through the menu in detail, with a dedicated member of The Kitchen at Moxhull Hall team on hand to guide you through choosing your dishes and the perfect drinks to match.
THE WEDDING PLANNER
STEP 2 - Once you’ve chosen to celebrate your day with us and secured your date with a deposit, you’ll be introduced to your personal Wedding Manager, your main point of contact and guide throughout your planning journey. Around six months before we will book an appointment to meet with your Wedding Manager in person. They will guide you through every detail of your celebration feels personal, seamless, and perfectly you.

STEP 2 - Once you’ve chosen to celebrate your day with us and secured your date with a deposit, you’ll be introduced to your personal Wedding Manager, your main point of contact and guide throughout your planning journey. Around six months before your wedding, you’ll receive our beautifully curated Wedding Planner Pack in the post. This is your creative toolkit to bring your ideas to life, helping you map out timelines, logistics, décor, and design details.
At this stage, you’ll also book an appointment to meet with your Wedding Manager in person. They will guide you through choosing your menu and recommending the perfect drinks pairings to match, ensuring every detail of your celebration feels personal, seamless, and perfectly you.
