The Orangery
Our principal private dining space offers garden views, natural elegance and an atmosphere that feels refined without being overly formal. Capacity for up to 50 guests - works beautifully for intimate dinners of 8–12 as well as larger family gatherings or corporate dining events. Natural daylight transitions to soft ambient lighting as darkness falls, with views across the landscaped grounds creating a backdrop that changes with the seasons.
The Oak Room
For dinners requiring more formal surroundings or larger guest numbers, The Oak Room provides period elegance and classic country house architecture. High ceilings, wood panelling and original features create an atmosphere of occasion without feeling stuffy or overly grand.
Flexible Configurations
Tables can be configured for intimate dinners, long banqueting-style arrangements for family gatherings, or smaller groupings for corporate dining where conversation across the table matters as much as the food itself.
Bespoke Private Dining Menus
Our in-house kitchen team creates menus tailored entirely to your vision for the evening. There are no fixed packages, no pre-set courses, no limitations based on what’s easier for the kitchen. Instead, we work with you to build a menu that reflects your taste, accommodates your guests’ dietary requirements, and supports the tone you’re aiming for.
Whether that’s a refined multi-course tasting menu with wine pairings, a relaxed family-style feast with sharing plates, a seasonal menu showcasing local producers, or something entirely unique to your occasion, every element is designed around what you want the evening to be.
Wine & Drinks
Our beverage service works the same way as our menus. Curate wine pairings, source specific bottles or vintages, provide aperitifs and digestifs, or work with us to create bespoke cocktails for the occasion. If there’s a particular champagne, whisky or wine that holds significance for your gathering, we’ll ensure it’s part of the evening.

Extending the Evening
For gatherings where the evening extends beyond dinner, the Hall’s other spaces remain available to your group. Pre-dinner drinks can flow from The Oak Room to the gardens. Post-dinner conversation can continue in the lounge. And for those guests travelling from distance, overnight accommodation in our 20 bedrooms means the evening doesn’t have to end when taxis arrive.

Just 10 miles from central Birmingham with easy access from the M42 and M6 toll road. Particularly suitable for groups where some guests are travelling from distance, with Birmingham Airport just 15 minutes away and overnight accommodation on site for those who prefer not to drive after dinner.
